[grc] FCC Address Change - Careful!!!!

Just a quick heads-up - The FCC today released an order officially changing its mailing address to its new building:

HOWEVER, DO NOT BE FOOLED.  THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL ADDRESS CHANGE - YET!!!

The new building is still under construction and neither the FCC or the government's property manager (GSA) has accepted delivery from the builder yet.  Footnote 1 in this order notes that fact, but does not make clear how this effects filing by mail or indicate when anyone can mail things to the new address.

Confused?  File online!  Or if you must send something in hard copy, use UPS, FedEx, DHL or a private courier service, and deliver it to the agency's off-site facility, where they accept everything except United States Postal Service deliveries. (Which may be a good idea, anyway, given the current Postmaster General's promise to "save money" even if it hinders timely delivery.)
