[grc] Myths about podcasting music

These are good tips that add up to one conclusion: don't use music in a
podcast that you don't have permission to use. There is no "Fair Use"
exception that is likely to hold up, unless you're willing to litigate.

BTW if you want to "podcast" music, I recommend using Mixcloud.com which
hosts free streaming of DJ mixes, podcasts and shows, covering the
royalties through on-site and in-app ads (not ads in your show).
