[grc] More mysteries in Audacity

There must be a better way. But if you grab the white markers that are
made by the envelope tool, you can slide them all the way off the end of
the track. At that point their effects disappear. This works with my
current version, Linux 2.2.2, and the mac versions I used a few years ago.
