When people take jerks like that seriously, people die.

While we're on the subject, let's go back to underlying conditions. When
someone on this thread dismissed a pandemic death with "he had cancer,"
what I heard was "he was dead anyway so who cares." Perhaps you think
that's not fair of me to feel that way but I'm a cancer survivor so when
you said that, you were talking about me, so yeah, I took that personally.
I'm trying really hard not to mock people who believe in the
pseudo-scientific quackery and garbage and woo-woo BS that Null and
Duesberg and RFKJr push but that remark got me hella upset.
