Hello GRC brain trust!

I imagine that someone out there knows if there is an easy way to find out whether CPB considers KMUD an RASS station.

I don’t have access to ISIS, but I imagine this info is in a doc there. If our Interim Station Manager knew exactly where to look, I think she’d have time to look for this info there.

We are trying to figure out whether our NFFS requirement for 2020 and 2021 is $300K, or if we are considered RASS, it would be $275K.

CPB definition —
Rural Audience Service Station (RASS): A station with a CAP density equal to or less than 40 people per square kilometer.
I haven’t been able to find a definition of CAP that would explain its use in the above. Most of our listening area is rural, but I haven’t tried to find population density figures.

Thanks for any clues you might have.
Wishing you all well!
