[grc] Looking for sample Grievance, Discipline, and Conflict Resolution Policies

Hello All,

We are looking for examples of policy on how your station handles conflicts, grievances, and discipline for staff and volunteers, if you would be willing to share.

Our station, like many LPFMs, has just two employees, one the GM, and maybe 55-60 volunteers. Some of what works for stations with more employees and departments don’t work for us. We are working to get our policies in order.
