[grc] The return of VOA programming to shortwave radio?

There is a place in Milano, Italy, that kept shortwave alive

I met two people working with Nexus on their "pilgrimage" to the Marconi 
site in Bolinas, Ca, and the RCA antenna field on Point Reyes. To my 
surprise they told me they were broadcasting my show, TUC Radio.
