[grc] List Cop Michael

Wow it's an embarrassing number, the number of years since I interacted
with Michael, not to mention reading him on this list.

I think his presence might attract the philosophies of Emma, Voltarine and
maybe Karl to GRC; and that radical analyses of power are more likely to
happen, even courageously facing the inevitable (and sometimes essential)
indignity of the exercise of station- and network-management power. Those
flavors seem almost absent from the GRC melange these days. I miss 'em
along with Michael.

I still have a website we created containing some controversy -- imagine
that! In those days I wondered if I had the strength of character to become
a principled grassroots-radio curmudgeon myself when I got older. The
mirror says I've done only one of those things so far.
