[grc] Station automation with RSS feeds

youtube-dl and its descendent yt-dlp can download podcasts (and many other
things), and I believe you can force the output file name, omitting the
extra task of deleting stale files. If not, a simple wrapper script (aka
.bat file) can remove the old file.
