Hello Friends,

Forgive any repeats here, there are still folks in the GRC Community who 
have not heard about this October's conference.  PLEASE HELP US SPREAD 
THE WORD!

The Grassroots Radio Conference is coming up this October 19-22 and it 
will be hosted by WTSQ 88.1 FM in Charleston, West Virginia.  This is 
the first IN-PERSON GRC since the Rochester meeting in 2019!  If you are 
involved with a college or community radio station -- as a station 
manager, program producer, radio engineer, board member, or listener ~ 
We very much hope to see you there!  It is always an amazing exchange of 
ideas and such fun to be around other radio activists from around the 
country!

There will be a showcase of bands and launch party "Low Power FM for 
Dummies" along with a number of LPFM intensive sessions for new 
applicants ahead of the new LPFM window which opens this November 1-8!  
Please help get the word out about this rare opportunity to build new 
community stations and invite interested parties to join us at the 
conference!

Be sure to secure your accommodations soon, the Styx concert could 
complicate the matter.  There is a special conference rate at the 
Marriott Hotel which is in walking distance to the downtown area and all 
conference activities.  There are other options on the conference 
website. Charleston is a very beautiful town!
