Thank you. It looks like we'd need FCC forms 318 and 319. Is that correct?
Also, if our Northwoods community lost its only LPFM station within range
to budget cuts and that license expired in 2020, does that help make the
case for another LPFM station? And would the former station's frequency be
available to us?
