[grc] Soundstack streaming

Thanks, that's what we use here at WLFR. I'm just trying to set up to send
metadata from megaseg to the stream, but don't have all the information.
I'm learning how challenging it can be logistically when the station is
tied to a university. Soundstack did give me instructions to connect via
audio hijack, but no details on what link to use to send the metadata. I
might have to involve the university IT department, which is challenging.
we're not able to update basic software patches without them!
