231 MX groups now decided

-FCC has now granted 733 new NCE CPs, 352 dismissed (1282 total

     applications) --- 197 left to be processed

-Gigi Sohn gets third hearing before Senate Commerce Committee

-Massive fine for transmitting EAS tones in a promo

-Filings due in January are now extended to Feb 28 (eg: ETRS and

    Quarterly Issues/Programs)

-FCC cancelled the license of a South Lake Tahoe station -(what’s

     different about this one….)
