In case you missed it, please note this message from the FCC via Betty 
McArdle and Michael Brown:

Emergency Alert System (EAS) Participant,

Parties subject to the Emergency Alert System (EAS) rules must submit 
their annual EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) Form One filings in the 
online EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) no later than February 28, 2023. 
  Please see the below links for ETRS log-in and other filing 
instructions.

Please email ETRS at fcc.gov with questions about this notice or the ETRS 
filing process.

There was no EAS Test in 2022.  But you still are required to file Form 
One.  It is very simple this time.  All you need to do is fill in the 
information about your station and equipment used during EAS tests.  Be 
sure to file Form One on or before February 28.  Before would be best 
just in case everyone else waits until February 28 and the FCC system 
crashes.
