[grc] Advice on allowing beverages in on-air studio

At ARTxFM we are a strong HELL NO on food or beverages in studio.

Wait 'till you see a Big Gulp next to your soundboard! ....

There is a shelf in the room just outside of the studio where folks can 
leave their drinks and snacks.  It doesn't seem too inconvenient for 
them to jump over there and get a sip or a bite when they need it.
