You (and anyone else) can view the GRC list archives at 
http://maillist.peak.org/pipermail/grc/

The specific message with the GRC announcement is at

Messages to the GRC list are archived in date order, and you can also 
view them grouped by Thread, Subject, and Author (the person who sent 
the message to the list).
