Hello Friends!

Hope you all are making your plans to attend the GRC 2023 in Charelston, 
West Virginia.  WTSQ is doing a great job laying plans for what may be 
one of the best conferences ever and it will just be so wonderful to be 
together IN-PERSON once again!  While this year's conference will have a 
track especially for new LPFM applicants ahead of the November window, 
the GRASSROOTS RADIO IS OPEN TO ALL COMMUNITY RADIO STATIONS -- staff, 
board, and supporters.  It is always such a wonderful place to exchange 
ideas and share war stories (and goodness knows we all have a lot of 
those now).  Plus, Charleston is a very beautiful, walkable town with so 
much nature to explore!

shaping up.  I'm certain you all will be impressed with the keynote 
speaker and the scheduled showcase of bands.  As always, the GRC is a 
very participatory conference where many of the attendees are also 
presenters.  If you have a topic to share, or a concept for a panel, we
