Sign into LMS at https://enterpriseefiling.fcc.gov/dataentry/login.html
Select FACILITIES tab
Click on your license under FACILITY ID
FILE AN APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATE Proceed to prepare and file the
Administrative Update application, with the changes you wish to make.
