[Michael D. Brown]

A friend, a wonderful person, a karate black-belt, an excellent and creative
communications attorney, and an indefatigable ally of Community Radio, left
us on Saturday after a long illness.



His patient and friendly legal handiwork made hundreds of Full-Power and
LPFM Community Stations possible, all across the country.
