[grc] R.I.P. Michael Couzens

A huge loss! Ours was one of the many LPFM licenses awarded thanks to Michael Couzens. He pushed me to have the courage of my convictions in our application, and that made the difference when we ended up in an MX situation.

His was a life well lived. Very grateful to have known him. Karate must have informed his ability to fight for the little guys in broadcasting. He was always on our side.
