[grc] Request from Community Radio in Chapel Hill NC

Hello GRC folks,

As we enter the 20th year of our LPFM station in Carrboro, our station has
to move (again) into a new building.

We need advice, information, pointers to engineers who can help, and the
like.

As well, we have received some input that we should consider "giving up" on
broadcast and becoming all-internet (yikes!).

Your thoughts and pointers would be greatly appreciated, and I would
welcome personal conversation on these topics during the GRC conference.
Just look for the guy with glasses and a big moustache!    I'll arrive
