[grc] 2024 HOST STATION APPLICATION!

I would be excited to attend GRC at KLEK in Jonesboro, AR or KIDE in Hoopa
Valley, CA! I know that LaGanzie has put forward KLEK as a potential host
station previously and I think it would be wonderful to make that a reality
this coming year. For that reason I support KLEK for 2025. -Will
