how and to whom does one present a proposal
  for Conference Zoom session presentation ?
My friend Martin Flynn and his group just got a LPFM singleton
 in Wall, NJ ( WALL-LPFM) and the "seed" idea might be
"Normal Ordinary People Do a LPFM - A Runthrough"
  or whatever *they* want to present ..
  ( i'm just starting the convo )

might this be fun / interesting / useful ??
whom should they pitch it to, groundrules, etc
