I learned about Global 24 on last weekend's Medianetwork Plus http://www.pcjmedia.com/medianetworkplus
I understand they intend to run the station as a commercial station. They’re using the WRMI transmitter in Okeechobee, Florida, 9395 kHz. I haven’t been able to hear it yet here on the west coast.
