[grc] [Stubblefield] filing for a CP extension...

Requesting an extension to your CP is done at 2 months prior to your 
expiration.

The request is an informal request to the Audio Division and does not 
involve the filing of a 318 (or other) form.

These requests are not placed on public notice and are not subject to 
Petitions to Deny or Informal Objections.

The FCC rules permit LPFM stations to have one 18 month extension of 
their construction period.

The next opportunity for objections would be when you file your 319 to 
cover your construction permit.  At that time, the application will not 
be subject to the same 30-day Petition to Deny period but anyone can 
file an Informal Objection to any application.
