[grc] Democracy Now on commercial shortwave station

At least it's on. I had been hoping for a progressive presence on
shortwave ever since Radio for Peace International went off the air
sometime around 2002.

The alienated out in the militia lands only get one side of the story
these days, and it comes with an agenda that feeds corporate, racist,
anti-environmental & militaristic interests. Some of these people
aren't on the internet much.

I think the law against SW targeting US audiences is stupid.
