"Health Action" co-host Bob Lederer will take an in-depth look at the 
multiple, severe medical problems facing Mumia -- which last week 
brought him close to the brink of a coma and back -- and the ways the 
Pennsylvania prison system has responded. Mumia's supporters have 
described his treatment as medical neglect and malpractice, aimed at 
finishing the job of execution after the federal courts overturned his 
death sentence in 2011.

Bob will interview members of Mumia's support movement, his brother, and 
a doctor working with him. In addition, there will be a live update on 
the Harlem rally demanding proper medical care for Mumia, occurring from 
5-6:30 PM on Friday at 125th St. & Adam Clayton Powell Blvd.
