Sounds great Todd and Caitlin! I'd be happy to present "Making Awesome Radio" and if needed, "Fantastic Fundraising" workshops. Both workshops will provide skills and documentation stations can use to implement in-house policies, procedures and performance standards that will give start-up stations a solid infrastructure and avoid costly fines. I can host-co-host other workshops if need be.
Cheers!

Subject: [grc] Inviting our fellow struggling LPFMs to attend a mini workshop
Hi!
With the guidance of Todd and David from WDRT I am privileged
to announce a proposed GRC mini workshop 1 day conference in Milwaukee
hosted by Riverwest Radio WXRW-LP.
The date is May 21st 2015 and the plan is to provide some hands on
tech
workshops and round table discussions focusing on getting beyond
dysfunction
within the working groups, staff and volunteers.
Space is limited. We are looking for input from persons interested
in
attending; what would be issues of most importance to cover at this
conference.
More information will follow soon, and with your input we will
create an agenda
and workshop schedule.
We are planning to provide on site lunch, snacks, beverages and
light breakfast
items during the day. We will host a reception open to the public that
will include music
and a light repast for those who wish to have a bite with new friends
before hitting
the road home. c
