(cross posted from All Access Media Group)

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, PUBLIC RADIO CAPITAL's PRC
TACOMA -- I LLC is selling noncommercial News-Talk KXOT/TACOMA-SEATTLE to
BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. for $2.4 million. The station, once a
simulcast of FRIENDS OF KEXP noncommercial Alternative KEXP/SEATTLE and then
programmed by the UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON's noncommercial News-Talk
KUOW/SEATTLE, has been simulcasting the state public affairs cable TV
network TVW's audio. GREG GUY of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as exclusive
broker for the deal.

I'll leave it to others to comment on
this.............................................. Except to say that this
is a good signal that covers 2.5 million, for which we engineered an upgrade
a couple of years ago, with a mutual/simultaneous upgrade to community
station KBCS. Public Radio Capital is now known as Public Media Co.
