[grc] Record and Archive Meetings.

Does anyone, other than Pacifica, record and archive meetings? 

Seem like a good idea to encourage civility and transparency. Since we are
Public Interest corporations depending on public funding for our survival,
seems access to Board meetings, at the very least, should be recorded and
archived on website for public access.

Please let me know what your station does or does not do.
