[grc] Record and Archive Meetings.

KXCI had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the daylight and they
are still "omitting" an awful lot of info from their posted minutes
(lots of "consent agenda" items and as always, too much time in
executive sessions). Members used to record meetings when the "DI" was
active, but I doubt anybody is doing so now. And I recall a few BoD
members freaking out about it at the time as well.

Yes transparency is good for all and would garner more support (at least
from me!) but it is so easy to blow that off when somebody isn't
constantly riding a BoD about the matter. Put it in your bylaws. Make
it a centerpiece of your mission!

Here is how KXCI presents BoD meeting minutes (confession, this is much
better than when I got involved - they didn't distribute or publish them
at all back then!) - you have to go through two obscure links to find
them - from the home page => click "About" => click the vague menu link
called "Documents" on the left => then click for the pdf document you want.

Did I ever mention that GM Randy has left the station (and somewhat
abruptly form the looks of things)?

Hmm, interesting. That article mentions a wide search for a new GM but
there is no listing on the station's website for the position. They did
name the paid afternoon drivetime programmer as interim GM. I guess
things haven't changed much.

Unfortunately one of the worst people to have ever been involved with
the station is still there on the BoD, former GM Tony Ford.
