[grc] mini-GRC?

It was such a pleasure and so much fun helping to organize GRC2014!I can also assist with organizing these mini-conferences. Of note, I would immediately recommend having a videography team to cover each of the classes to put in a repository for folks to use for reference.

My main contact with new LPFMs is in the area of content & building a
program schedule, strategies for programming the station and the ins and
outs of using automation to get content on the air when you don't have a
lot of radio producers at the beginning.

I see a lot of need for help in this area. I would be interested within my
capacity as Pacifica affiliates coordinator but also as KHOI station
manager who just did all that, in helping out in that area. Having done it,
I fully appreciate the need for information and support as the rubber hits
the road for a lot of people.
