Prometheus isn't a station, but we have similar needs, and we
use the open-source software CiviCRM.  It is web based so the
"virtual office" model is no problem.  Newsletters, smart
mailings, memberships, discounts, pledges, self-service updates
if you want, and more.  Bit of a learning curve of course.  We
host our own but it is possible to buy it hosted.
