[grc] Takoma Radio - question about collaborations with community partners

Hello esteemed radio colleagues.
  
Takoma Radio is an LPFM under construction in NE Washington DC and contiguous Maryland neighborhoods.  Within a year, we will be broadcasting.  We have a lovely subsidized storefront studio space in downtown Takoma Park - empty at this moment :)  We have free antenna/transmitter space high up and very close to the studio. Funding going well. Team strong. Optimism high.  That is our update.

QUESTION: Does anyone have a successful collaboration with a community newspaper?  We are entering a partnership with our local community newspaper - which can no longer afford the paper version - so is online.  We envision them as our “news department.”  They have been around a long time, and there’s plenty of trust and a mutual mission.  Does anyone have advice to make it work better - and advice on how to share a website with an equal partner info organization,  and each maintain our own too.
