[grc] Tower Rental

--our 54-year-old licensee nonprofit owns 2 towers...
--tenant pricing is a function of local conditions, location,
market size, etc., including space used on tower vs in the building....
Often tower owner rent has to be shared with a
ground lessor...Which obviously impacts pricing...
So there are many many particulars ....besides the flinch test.
