Hey Behr,

Thanks for taking the time to clarify this. For what it's worth, I
concur with your view of how things look at the moment.

I was one of the instigators of the mini-GRC idea -- our intent was to
get as many LPFM stations on their feet, technically, as quickly as
possible. That offer still stands, and I think we're getting close to
proposing the first date and location (teaser: Midwest, and *soon*).
(Not withholding information here, we're simply not that far along yet...)

As to Musa's offer for a Grassroots Radio Conference in Albany, I'm
excited about that as well; thanks WCAA-LP! Personally, I'm flexible on
the timing of the full-on conference. As I see things, it's ultimately
up to the hosting station to set the date.
