[grc] Sponsoring a program for a day

We've been webcasting for 10+ years now unconnected to a licensed FCC
station, so we've been creative in raising money sometimes.  As we expand to
an LPFM signal, I need clarification if one particular practice must end.

 

One of our programmers has asked people to donate $100 and program their own
version of one of their 3 hour webcast shows.  Mind you, these are fans of
the show already, so it becomes a variation on their usual programming. That
host wants to know if that practice is legal on an LPFM signal and I want to
understand where the lines are on something like that.
