First thoughts on this:
Sponsorship identification - the sponsor of the program must be
identified.
Content - You need to make sure you know who you are letting on the air.
Many different violations can take place. Everything from obscenity to
underwriting announcement violations.
Third party fundraising - Make sure they do not try to raise money for
anyone other than the station (including themselves).
I don't know what you allowed in your pre-LPFM days. I know I have
heard some programming on some webcasts and podcasts that definitely
would cross the line if ran on a licensed station. Even my own J1
sometimes may accidentally cross the line if there's an "MF" that was
not caught the first time.
Again, just first thoughts. Donna and others, feel free to chime in.
