[grc] Best way to test a used BW TX300 V2 FM

Much thanks for all the good feedback!

Fortunately, just today we've found a retired broadcast engineer from one of
the major local commercial radio stations that's also active in ham radio to
test it for us. He says he'll be using his "little" 1,000 watt dummy load on
it and plans to check it out thoroughly. We don't expect problems, but it's
better to play it safe.
