Hi GRCers,

Can someone help me with the below ? 

# 1 DMCA- How do stations handle Streaming when dj plays a 2 hour tribute to
musician...or more than the prescribes # of cuts or CD's per 3 hr period?  
 What permission is required to stream?  

KKFI has a policy to turn off stream.. but often ignored.

#2  Do stations allow DJs (musicians) to play their own music on their
shows? Seems we have a lot of musical djs .
