[grc] Question about Announcing free events/free offers

Are you being paid for the announcements (e.g. underwriting)?

If you are not receiving any consideration (money, free goodies for the 
staff, free goodies to give over the air, the use of their facilities, 
etc.) in exchange for those announcements, then these are just calendar 
announcements of community events.

Now, if it was an underwriter sponsoring an event (free hot dogs this 
Saturday at Joe's Used Cars), then it's a no-no.
