The "skills necessary" comment sounds like a back-handed insultand I'm not having it.
Sounds like you've bought into the Donna DiBianco school of thought.
It does not take skills to show up for a discussion.
It simply takes follow-through, and actually showing up instead ofchanging your mind due to buying into other people's distorted nonsense.You allowed others to influence you.
Actually the skill I'm looking for is "strength" - strength to not be swayed by what others say.I think it's also known as "backbone."
