[grc] How do stations file their ownership reports?

Now that our station has just received its first license to cover we need to file an ownership report, using form 323e. The form itself isn’t a problem and we have not had 50% or more turnover since our last filing. But we don’t know how to do it.

Can anyone guide us through the process?
