[grc] Translator IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT to my LPFM- that is SILENT

WONA AM applied for a translator ON MY IMMEDIATE ADJACENT frequency!

WONA wants 94.1 and I am an LPFM on 93.9  ...

Here's the "funny" part ... WONA AM is off the air and listed as "Silent"

WHAT is that "translator" going to "translate" if they're DARK?

And what can I do about it?
