[grc] Translator IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT to my LPFM- that is SILENT

WRWK-LP short spaced to brand-newly-applied translator facility 201399
(16km distance with 24km required) applicant Mobile Radio Partners of
Richmond. I'm guessing the AM would be non-silent by the time the
translator got built.

If it is any consolation, the same translator is causing a short spacing
with WCFC‑LP too (Crusade for Christ Temple Church of God).

Longley-Rice indicates that *if there were no other stations besides
WRWK-LP and 201399*, that there would be some areas within your protected
(hah!) contour where your station would receive interference in excess of
FCC interference standards. That might form the basis for a fight.

I don't think the image will come through on the list, but the red spots
within the blue line have predicted interference:
