[grc] AM 2017 July Translator window - freeze of Minor Mods for LPFM NOT MENTIONED

I've read this twice and may somehow have missed it ...

But I don't see the customary freeze of Minor Mods for LPFM (or any FM)

I'm still in negotiations with landlords for a new space since both of our
Letters Of Assurance locations fell through and then a third landlord
changed their mind and kicked EVERYONE out of that space ... so now on to
the fourth!

Does anyone know what the freeze date range for no more minor mods is?
