"The Media Bureau and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau will jointly 
release a Public Notice shortly, containing instructions and detailed 
information regarding application filing and processing procedures. 
Future Public Notices will seek comment on auction procedures and 
provide additional information for auction filing window applicants."
