[grc] Audioport problem

On Sunday I uploaded a report to NewsUp! titled "Vladimir Putin on Syria
and Sarin Gas."
Later I went in to delete the audio file posted and submit one with a very
slight correction, changing "MSNBC" to "NBC."  When I uploaded the edited
file, however, I got a message asking me to verify that it didn't violate
FCC copyright laws and that it was "broadcast ready" or something like
that. I clicked. OK, but then it neither posted nor showed me another check
box to affirm what it had asked. I wound up having to repost the whole
story.

Does anyone have any clues about how to avoid this?
