[grc] FYI - SAVE THE DATES

The date for the GRC has been announced well more than 24 hours ago.  I 
doubt anyone has booked flights but yes, I agree, we need anyone who has 
booked non-refundable reservations to come forward and if we get no 
takers and if Albany concurs, then yes, I would support move to a 
different date.
