[grc] Call for Host Proposals - GRC 2019

Calling All Non-Commercial Radio Stations!!! . . . Would you like to
host the Grassroots Radio Conference 2019???  -- It's one of the most
important community radio events of the year! This is a great
opportunity for a young station, or one that has been on-the-air for
years. You can apply to host in 2019, or 2020, or 2021, even 2022.
Sure, hosting takes some time from staff and volunteers, but the rest of
the community radio community will be ready to help. We’ve done this before!
